HQN Acrylic Cushion Coat (HQN AC CC) is a high-performance, water-based acrylic coating formulated with rubberized fillers to provide a resilient and cushioned surface layer. It is specifically developed for sports flooring systems, particularly tennis courts, where player comfort, shock absorption, and surface uniformity are essential.

This coating enhances playing characteristics by reducing surface hardness while maintaining durability and consistent ball response.

• Stir thoroughly before use to achieve uniform consistency
• Dilution with clean water may be done up to 10–20%, depending on site conditions

• Ensure substrate is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or contaminants
• Apply over properly prepared and primed surface (e.g., acrylic primer or resurfacer layer)
• Use rubber squeegee or suitable application tools
• Apply in multiple coats to achieve the desired cushioning effect
• Allow each coat to dry completely before applying the next

• Available in 25 kg and 50 kg containers
