• Apply over properly prepared resurfacer or cushion coat layer
• Surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust or contaminants
• Ensure surface is smooth, uniform, and fully cured before application

✅ Recommended System Application:

Textured Coats (Base Color Layers):

• HQN AC CC : Silica Sand = 1 : 0.2 to 0.3 (20% – 30% sand by weight)
• Apply 1–2 coats depending on required texture and coverage

Smooth Finish Coats (Top Layers):

• Apply 1–2 coats without silica sand for uniform finish

Water Addition:

• Add clean water up to 5–10% for workability

✔ Maintain consistent mixing for uniform surface texture

⚠️ Avoid over-dilution as it may affect color strength and durability

• Apply using rubber squeegee or roller
• First apply textured coats with silica sand (1–2 layers)
• Follow with smooth coats without sand (1–2 layers)
• Allow each coat to dry completely before next application
• Ensure uniform thickness and consistent finish

• Available in 25 kg and 50 kg containers

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Keep containers tightly closed when not in use
• Shelf life: 6 months under proper storage conditions

• Use appropriate PPE during handling and application
• Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin exposure
• In case of contact, rinse immediately with clean water
