The HQN Running Track Sandwich System is a seamless polyurethane athletic surfacingsystem designed for professional stadiums, schools, universities, and recreational sportsfacilities. It combines an elastic SBR base layer with polyurethane coatings and a UV-resistant EPDM wearing surface to provide excellent shock absorption, durability, spikeresistance, and long-term athletic performance.

The substrate should be structurally sound, clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, loose
particles, and contaminants.
1. Prepare and clean the substrate.
2. Apply HQN PU Primer.
3. Install the SBR granules mixed with HQN PU Aromatic Binder.
4. Apply HQN PU Pore Sealer.
5. Apply HQN PU Self Leveling (2.50–3.00 kg/m²).
6. Broadcast EPDM Granules (3.00–4.00 kg/m²).
7. Allow to cure completely.
