(Exact ratio depends on application and granule size)

Application Method

  1. Ensure rubber granules are clean and dry.
  2. Mix HQN PU AROMATIC BINDER thoroughly with SBR/EPDM granules.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared surface.
  4. Compact and level to required thickness.
  5. Allow to cure under ambient conditions.

Curing Time

  • Initial set: 4 – 8 hours
  • Full cure: 24 – 48 hours
    (Depends on temperature and humidity)

Packing

  • 50 kg Drum
  • 200 kg Drum

Storage & Shelf Life

  • Shelf life: 6 months in unopened containers
  • Store in dry conditions at 10°C – 35°C
  • Keep containers tightly sealed to avoid moisture contamination

Limitations

  • Aromatic polyurethane may yellow under UV exposure
  • Recommended for base layers or dark-colored systems
  • Not UV stable – use aliphatic binder for top coats
