SYSTEM BUILD-UP
1. HQN AC Primer – Penetrating primer
2. HQN AC Resurfacer (2–3 coats) – Leveling layer with silica sand
3. HQN AC Color Coat with silica sand (2 coats) – Textured layer
4. HQN AC Color Coat smooth (1–2 coats) – Final finish
5. HQN AC LM – Line Marking

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
- Temperature: 10°C to 50°C
- Do not apply during rain or high humidity
- Surface must be clean and dry
SUBSTRATE REQUIREMENTS
- Asphalt or Concrete base
- Smooth and properly cured
- Free from dust, oil, cracks
APPLICATION GUIDELINES
- Apply primer and allow to dry
- Mix resurfacer with 30–50% silica sand
- Apply 2–3 coats resurfacer
- Apply 2 coats textured color coat
- Finish with 1–2 smooth coats
- Apply HQN AC LM for court markings
COVERAGE
HQN AC Primer: 0.2 – 0.3 kg/m²
HQN AC Resurfacer: 0.5 – 1.0 kg/m²
HQN AC Color Coat: 0.25 – 0.50 kg/m²
