Product Description
HQN PU Primer is a single-component,
moisture-curing polyurethane-based primer designed to enhance adhesion on
both porous and non-porous substrates. It penetrates and seals surfaces,
providing a strong bonding base for subsequent polyurethane or epoxy coatings.

Application Instructions
Surface
Preparation
- Surface must be clean, dry, and
free from dust, oil, grease, and loose particles
- Remove laitance and weak layers
- Moist but not waterlogged
substrates are acceptable
Application
Method
- Apply using roller, brush, or
airless spray
- Apply 1 coat (2 coats
for highly porous surfaces)
- Ensure uniform coverage without
puddles
Mixing
- Ready to use
- No dilution recommended
Consumption
- Approx. 0.15 – 0.30 kg/m²
per coat depending on substrate porosity
Packaging
Storage & Shelf Life
- Store in cool, dry conditions
- Keep away from direct sunlight
- Shelf life: 12 months in
unopened container

- Use appropriate PPE (gloves,
mask, goggles)
- Avoid skin and eye contact
